About Shermon

CHEF. MENTOR. COACH. CREATOR.

Shermon Sims is the founder of Soul Spark — a whole-life brand born from her own journey of transformation. With 20+ years as a chef, she trained at Le Cordon Bleu and cooked in the kitchens of The Ritz-Carlton and 5-star fine dining restaurants — from the U.S. to St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and the British Virgin Islands. Chef, caterer, teacher — food has been her language everywhere she's lived. As a chef, she understands nourishment. As a mentor and coach, she understands patterns. As a creator, she understands vision. And as a mama raising a child with ADHD, she understands the kitchen table where real life happens. Her heart is with everyone learning to understand their own brain — the children, the young adults searching for answers, and the men and women who were missed and misdiagnosed for years. She sees you, because she lives it. That's where Soul Spark began.

“I DON’T TEACH YOU HOW TO LIVE MY LIFE. I HELP YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR OWN.”

Her work weaves together mindset, food, family, business, and spirituality — because your life was never meant to be lived in pieces.

STORIES OF TRANSFORMATION

I was excited to join Shermon Sims' mentorship back in January, and I'm so glad I took that step! Being part of this journey has given me the opportunity to learn, grow, and look at things from a different perspective. Sometimes, investing in yourself is the first step toward creating the changes you want to see in your life. I'm grateful for the knowledge, encouragement, and personal growth that come with this experience.

Working with Shermon Sims through the Rooted Care Plan has been an important part of my journey. What matters most to me is the positive difference this support has made for my daughter. As a parent, seeing your child make progress means everything. Having guidance, support, and a plan to work with can make you feel less alone as you navigate the journey.

I joined the Soul Spark community back in April, and this journey has been about so much more than simply learning new things. The courses, community, and mentorship create opportunities to reflect, learn, and begin looking at life differently. Personal growth doesn't stop with you — the changes you make in your mindset can influence how you show up for your family, too.
